Shipping
On the disputes front, we tailor our advice to achieve efficient resolution and avoid future conflicts, but will adopt a resolute posture when circumstances call for it. In the transactional space, we constantly seek collaboration with all parties to enable clients to reach their end-goals
Our Shipping Law practice encompasses both domestic law governing maritime activities and private international law governing the relationships between private entities and individuals who operate vessels on the oceans, as well as the rights, duties, and relationships between those individuals who use such vessels for the transportation of their goods and government agencies involved. Saudi Arabia has an expanding international trade relationship with several developed countries, particularly China, with the two having recently signed important investment treaties.
TLF's legal consultants and attorneys deal with problems such as marine commerce, shipping, and general maritime law, the movement of livestock and goods by water, and Custom permits and tariff laws and associated matters. We also cover numerous commercial activities that are marine in nature, even whether they are land-based or entirely on land.
We also provide solid commercial advice with the aim of preventing future disputes. We have the ability to offer our clients alternative dispute resolution solutions or aggressive litigation tactics as necessary.
