Our DRE provides strategic counsel on all forms of dispute resolution, from negotiation and mediation, to arbitration and litigation. Access to an international network allows us to successfully represent foreign and domestic clients on some of the biggest commercial disputes and landmark cases in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our practice also has extensive experience in handling multijurisdictional disputes.
Mediation
We assist our clients in following ways:
- Pre- Mediation – Formulate the key points of the mediation, discuss the issues related to the dispute with client, advice on the range of possible outcomes and preparation documents for mediation. The clients are mostly clueless if advocates are not present to guide them through the whole process.
- During Mediation- Guides our clients on the procedure, represent our clients and negotiate on their behalf.
- Post- Mediation- Once the process is successful, then we can assist you in preparation the agreement, upon which parties have settled.
Arbitration

Example of our prior work include;
- An UNCITRAL Rules arbitration- Assisted claimant in complex energy sector dispute between two State-owned entities under the 2010 UNCITRAL Rules
- An ICC Rules arbitration between U.S. and Saudi entities- Assisted two Saudi claimants in a multi-million dollar dispute relating to the development of an office tower in Neom City, and the proper application of a compensation formula under a purchase agreement
- Drafted Terms of the Settlement between Saudi and British entity in complex cross border dispute resolution.
- Negotiates settlements with clients, client counsels’, and Public Adjusters
- Researched and investigated clients’ claims in respect of complex and high volumes of technical information using effective skip tracing and investigative research techniques within turnaround time requirements and quality standards
- Advised on jurisdictional issues arising in claims pre-issue and provided clients with advice on next steps and costs
- Advised on recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards before specialized Saudi Enforcement Courts.
