- The Labour Law issued as per Royal Decree No. (M/51), dated 23/8/1426 AH, and all of its amendments issued as per the following Royal Decrees: (M/51), dated 23/8/1426 AH; (M/24), dated 12/5/1434 AH; (M/1), dated23/1/1435 AH; (M/46), dated 5/6/1436 AH; (M/14), dated 22/2/1440 AH; (M/134), dated 27/11/1440 AH; and (M/5),dated 7/1/1442 AH.
- The Executive Regulations of the Labour Law (“ERLL”) issued as per Ministerial Resolution No. (70273), dated11/4/1440 AH, from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (“HRSD”), which was previously named the Ministry of Labour. The amendment was made by Ministerial Resolution No. (142906), dated 13/08/1441HD.
